Well, just remember that fat doesn't affect the actual size of the penis. Fat only pushes the skin around the penis over it so it appears smaller, but actually, it's not smaller - some of it is just covered up.

I remember some doctor on Oprah saying "for every 20 pounds lost, you gain 1 inch!" Now I don't know if that's true, that's only an estimate. But whatever the case, your penis may appear bigger once you lose weight.

Also your weight won't do alot to hurt how you're going through puberty. What will is your diet - if you eat nothing but chips, and sodas, and fast food, and all kinds of nasty stuff but nothing actually nutritious, then you could affect puberty.
The weight may do a little and it's advised to try to lose that weight, but I don't think it would affect puberty as much as the diet thing would.

Welcome!

First, I think what Zach says is largely correct, although I'd take issue with just about anything heard on Oprah, it's not exactly a newsworthy kinda show.

Extra weight will not affect puberty directly, but the extra weight will affect your overall health, so it's advisable to lose the weight, in spite of the fact that it won't add size to your penis. What it will do, however, is make you healthier, and healthy bodies enjoy sexual things much more, so you get that advantage.

Look up a sensible diet approved either by licensed nutritionists or MD's, add some sensible exercise, and stick with it. You'll feel better without the extra weight.

weight does not affect penis size. If you are over weight it will just look smaller.

well from what ive learned/know, penis gets erect by blood flow to penis, and having fat clogs up blood vessals/viens to penis so then less blood goes to penis, so less fat clogging ur artieries/veins, the bigger u are. but i do not know how having muscle helps
