if it's not already change it to a .png file, which can be done in two ways.

first, if you have your file extensions (.exe, .rar and such) visible, just change .jpeg to .png.

or second, you can open the picture in ms paint and click save as and select .png.

if it needs to be a .jpeg all i can say is shrink the picture, which can be done in paint too.

The image file should be in PNG or GIF format and scaled to 143 x 59 pixels.
the image is PNG and is scaled to 143 x 59

so its the right size and the right format

Logo file size should be smaller than 20 kB.

it isnt, its 29.9 KB

Download this and install it (it's from Microsoft). http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

Once it's installed you can right click a picture and choose "Resize Pictures" to resize it.

It would be nice to post the information page, too, instead of linking directly to the setup file only.

I like to know what I'm actually getting first, even if it is from a big name vendor.
