Well I wouldn't be too forward, he may just be curious. Most males compare penis size whether it be sub-consious or consious, it dosn't matter. U suggest talking to him and become friends if you arn't already (nothing worse than a relationship with friendship involved). Find out his views on homosexuality, sex, etc. And then if your convinced enough, make a move.
