skin under penis head

under the head of my penis there looks like there is an extra layer of skin. its the same color as my head kinda a pinkish, tanish color. After i masturbate it swells up and becomes really puffy for a few hours. any clue what it is? anyone eles have it?

OK, I'll assume you're circumcised. That part you're referring to is called the corona ("crown"). It becomes darker as you get older, due to pigmentation of the skin. And, it will 'puff up' a bit b/c erection is a vascular thing, it fills up with blood, causing the whole penis to expand, and the corona moreso b/c the tissue is very thin there. You probably started to notice this 1.5 years ago when you began puberty b/c we tend to notice these things more then!
