hey, i was at a friend's hosue yesterday and some how we started talking about puberty and w/e... he told me his pubic hair is a bush and all that (i don't have much pubes at all) then i realized either i'm late or he's early and then he told me that like in 6th or 7th grade (now we're gonna go into 8th grade) he had not much pubic hair then in one month it grew like crazy, is this normal and will it happen to me eventually? or was it just him? also, recently he has grown like alot but he hasn't had a voice change since the two years i know him... and he said he's starting to grow pit hair, one last thing... i turned 13 a month ago and he's turning 14 in september

if u just turned 13 then you still have a while to go...hes about to turn 14 so hes past you just let it happen people hit puberty and get different thing at diefferent times

this is a good example of how we all develop differently.

You might have started puberty a little bit later, or he might just be going a little faster than you are. He is developing differently than you, so he is getting more things earlier. It may seem like you're left out or something, but you're so young that you will be able to catch up.

He's normal and you're perfectly normal!
