Ok I yet again have another problem. Whenever I start to think that I have eaten to much I go and purge. I binge eat then I purge I've been doing it for years and I never really thought of it as a problem before. I know it's unhealthy and I should find away to stop binging and purging but I need some help.

Easiest way to stop eating as much, drink lots of water before you eat, or eat slower lol. The slower you eat, the more full you feel, same thing for drinking water too :D Oh and when I say lots of water, if its at like home, try drinking a glass of water before you eat then start eating and drinking :)

It is entirely possible to leave this behind you - but you have to reach out for what you need, because no one can do more for you than you can do for yourself if you reach out.
That's about all I have to say - it's about all I can say.
Hey, you hit it right on the nose. In a situation like this you are strong enough to fight this on your own, but you might need some help. Don't be afraid to open up to someone it's not only you that's dealing with this. The first step is realizing you might have a problem, and smartly you have which is great.
It really takes a strong person to admit they have a problem, and then follow it up with wanting to do something about it.
I'd look into your community, maybe talk to your doctor, or have a heart to heart with your parents, or another person who cares deeply about you. I wish there was more I could do to help but I'm not worried at all, you seem like you're on the right track, you know what you want-- all you have to do is achieve it.
I'm not very experienced in eating disorders but if you wan to talk to me further about it you are greatly inclined to do so.

Thomas, you're saying you eat, and then throw it up? Why are you doing this? Just stop doing it! I don't know that you need much more than some awareness about how much you're eating while you're eating, and a bit of self control to know when to stop eating.
