my wrist is killing me

i havnt done anything


it kinda feels like i was wearing a narrow-ish braclet and slammed my wrist on something (i didn't...i had a wide wrist band on) or something like that


its only there..and there's no like bruse or anything like that..


does anyone know what could be going on??


yes it is in the place i last had a cut on...but the scar is almost gone...

If you play an instrument(almost any) and you wrist is at a bad angle IE anything not relatively straight could make your wrist sore.

maybe you moved your wrist in a weird position or something.

Trust me, your wrist will be fine. It could be worse. lol Just don't mess with it too much more.
