Bumps?

Okay on the shaft of my penis when erect i notice on the sides and some places on top i have these really really small bumps, not so much pimples but kinda goos bumps. Now ive had these for like idk how long since i cant remember, now i have like 1 in particular when even im not erect i can kinda "feel" when i grab my dick to urinate. It also looks more like a pimple (same color and look as other bumps but just bigger) and no it doesnt hurt or its a ingrown hair its just a bump like all the other, and ive noticed in some areas like small circle broken skin areas (kinda like a blister). Any ideas what it is? is it normal?
Sorry just i always been curious wtf these are.

Its normal, just like Folecyle(or somethin like that) bump where small hairs grow, not everyone have them but lots of people do, they dont do any harm. As for the big one, maybe it is a pimple im not so sure.

The first part I got, those little goose bumps are a normal part of the skin. No problem.

here's where I get lost, though. The 'pimple' like thing, where exactly is it? And is it red and raised, with a white head? How long's it been there?

Then there's the blister thing? Where? How long? When you notice that?

Also, are you sexually active? Have you had sex of any kind?

Bumps? Like goose bumps, pretty evenly distributed? Normal. Just skin stuff.
