Im a bit fat im like 230 and 6 foot. Im trying to not only lose the weight effectively and fast but convert it to muscles. Now i know you need a fast metabolism but consistant healthy meals throughout the day is not gonna happen but i can work out all day everyday just about. Lots of different barbell lifting and curling cuz i have like no muscles at all. And i have a stationary bike in my room i use a lot. Plus i can just plain take walks and runs, now could i still lose weight and convert it to muscle if i work out ALOT wihtout having to go all eat 5 small meals a day, because my mom is a bitch (sorry you dont understand) and all i really have during a day is COFFEE throughout all day form morning to night, maybe a snack during the day and then at night theres dinner which isnt exactly healthy cuz my moms a bitch. Could i get away with this, and remember im not trying to get skinny but lose weight and convert to muscle. Any luck people?

First off dont double post.

As for muscle, keep working out. If you continue to work out they will come they dont come right away. Also eat 3 MEALS A DAY! I cannot stress that enough. Breakfest lunch and dinner. No snacks no noting. Protein drinks, not soda, milk not energy drinks. Just keep working at it and you'll become muscular

Sorry to say, there are no quick ways to lsoe weight. Find a legit diet and stick with it, and moderate exercise, consistently.

Also, you cannot 'convert' fat to muscle, in much the same way you cannot convert bone to hair. They are different tissues and completely different and not at all interchangebale. What you can do is shrink the fat first, then work out to build up the underlying muscle.

But, take it slow, it takes time, and you're talking about life long behavioral changes (hopefully), not a quick fix, then done!
