In big trouble

Over the summer I told two of my friends that I liked one of the girls in our class. Then I heard that one of them might like her to! Even though he denies it I think it's true. And on top of that I thought I saw my other friend telling her I like her! Some friend! I told them both I don't like her any more just to shut them up. What should I do now ?

During class he passed her a note and after she read it she turned around to look at me and turned back around when she realized I was waching.
