the best method to shave

i have a question about shaving your legs and armpits. what is the best way to do it so you feel smooth and hairless. when i do my legs i stroke from bottom to top. when i do my armpits. i do a few strokes from top to bottom. since that is a very sensitive spot, i try not to overdo it, because it's easy to get a rash there.

when i do my legs i just go from top to bottom.
and when i do it i use conditioner insted of like shaving cream because ti makes to sooo much softer and smoother. :)

Against the direction of hair growth for any part of the body gets best results. However the pubic region tends to give a nasty rash when you go against the hair so that's advised otherwise. The underarms actually has hair growing in two directions, which is why I do op to bottom then bottom to top (and I also do a diagonal sometimes). Obviously, legs is bottom to top at the shins / calves and knees but I have to done a sorta slanted direction for my thighs.

On your legs, I definitely suggest going against the grain (the direction the hair grows), so from bottom to top. For underarms, it depends on how sensitive your skin is--some girls can shave against the grain there and be fine, for others it's likely to cause some irritation. Just find out what works for you.

i look for smoothness when doing my legs. the razor i use for my legs has built in shave gel bars. with armpits i'm more focused on the hair becoming invisible, and i use a plain razor with shaving cream, because i'm more comfortable doing it that way. armpit stubble irritates me alot, so i make sure to shave that area every 2-3 days, but sometimes it is shaved of better than other days, and it isn't as long and irritating on the day i shave it.

i just go top to bottom then agen from bottom to top
then it is a realy smooth shave

shaving cream is too musch of a hassle for me when i'm doing my legs, especially in the shower, because it rinses off.
