Lately over the past few days when i have taken a piss i have been having a burning sensation in my upper shaft - foreskin. I would rate it 3/10 so it's hurting enough for me to try to delay urinating.
Also my foreskin is really tight and hurts when i pull it back the slightist.
Any ideas on what it isor help please? TY

Does the tip of your foreskin look irritated? Either way, you should probably see a doctor, especially since it hurts to piss. My foreskin used to be tight but by age 14 or so it should be sliding back. Go have it checked out.

Well, tight foreskin remedy= daily gentle stretching.
The burning thing, Hmmmm......if it's in the foreskin, is there a little cut there? friction burn? Aggressive rubbing/strecthing? Look carefully, if there is put a little vaseline jelly on it for a while and leave it alone.
If the burning is at the opening and feels like it's inside your penis, and it lasts more than a day or so, you might have a urinary tract infection, which would require antibiotics. Call the doctor.

You need to see the doctor.
Don't be embarassed. If your doctor is a guy, he'll totally understand. He has the same body parts as you, and has probably seen worse cases.

A bruning sensation during urination is usually a sign of an infection. If so, it will not go away, and you run the risk of it getting worse, and possibly spreading to your kidneys. This wouldn't be good.
Tell your dad, get to a doctor, don't fool around with this.
