I dont cut, but I still hurt myself.

I burn myself, try to cut my circulation off, use sharpened pencils to break my skin, I sometimes try a minor form of electrocution, I like to beat my arms and legs with baseball bats, and I like to rub things against my skin to break the skin, some things minor. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO ENCOURAGE THIS BEHAVIOR, but at the same time, I've never told anyone about this b4, not even my shrink, shed put me away. But, I dont know why I do it, it almost creates an inner satisfaction........

yes. All people who cut themselves etc. will say the same thing. We all have different reasons why we hurt ourselves.

Usually shock fingers, I take the metal part of a plug and put my finger on it while putting in into socket, but I dont do it that often it reaaaaaaly hurts. But i cant tell anyone that I can see.......
