I remember last year in the summer time, I went biking to this Jack in the Box that was about 3/4 of a mile away. That night I didn't eat dinner and didn't eat breakfast and I woke up at like 12 or 1 so I figured I'd just go get something to eat. When I got there, I felt REALLY REALLY dizzy. I barely knew where I was when I got there. So in the end I just bought a drink and just sat there drinking it until I felt better then made my way back home. So I was just wondering if anyone knew what happened? Was I just really dehydrated? By the way, there weren't and aren't any sidewalks there so I was just biking on grass on like the highest gear or whatever (the gear for going on flat terrain) and it was like 98 degrees F.

Hmmm...let's see: You didn't eat or drink in like 24 hrs. and then biked .75 mile in the 98 degree heat and you were dizzy. Yup, I'd say it was a combo of dehydration + low blood sugar=dizziness. Glad you had something to eat and drink and felt better. Maybe the next time, you'll remember this and have a bite to eat and drink before making the trip!

Yeah most like dehydration, or the occuration of dehydration synthesis in your bodies cells caussing your neurons to feel light and basically short out.
