I've always had crushes on guys and whatever, but now I'm love with my best friend. (who is also a girl) I have never felt this way before, and I'm not attracted to other girls just her, We've messed around in school before saying we were dating and "flirting," as a joke (everyone knew it was a joke) and I tell her I love her everyday, (she thinks its as a friend) but I do mean it. I don't know what to do and its driving me crazy!

it's hard to tell what this might mean, although you seem distressed by it.
Try to remember a few things. First, at 13 every emotion seems much more intense, it's just the age. Second, you're supposed to really like your best friend, that's what makes them best friends, right? There's nothing wrong with having a strong emotional bond with your friends, and even an extra strong bond with a special best friend. It's actually a good thing.
Chances are, it's a combo of the hormonal intensity of being 13, coupled with the intensity of having a best friend that you obviously like a whole lot. It's doubtful it means you're gay, it's not like that, you don't suddenly question yourself b/c of having a caring realtionship with your best friend.
You might feel better with this by removing the sexual innuendo (all that joking and flirting and stuff). Powerful feelings (and there's enough of them now at 13!) are best managed by having stronger boundaries, the unspoken rules and things that keep things 'safe'. You'd probably feel safer if things were less sexualized with her.
