oh! it seems like we are on the same page with a lot of things :/ at the moment i currently have a bag of throw up waiting for my mom to go to sleep so it can be evacuated from my room. the things we do to hide our best friend is disgusting. i suggest to get rid of all mirrors and scales and keep for that you might have like around.. i don't know maybe i should take my own advice. when i go through random phases of needing to get better, i got stay at friends, because they eat so much, i know i'll be bound t eat.

30?! Are you crazy? I understand you, I have Anorexia and Bulimia too, I`m now 42 kilos and I wanna be like... 30. But you are skinny enough and now you want to lose 30, but when you reach your goal, you`ll want more and more and you won`t be able to control yourself. It`s great you`re not struggling for 2 months, so can`t you just continue recovering? I know it`s hard, but if you once had the courage to stop it, you`ll have enough strenght to continue and overcome this stupid illness. Just remember you are far more than an obsession and a stupid diet!

Well, it's a struggle. But it's a good fight to have, and ultimately win.

It's not rational, you know, you want to lose 30lbs. when you're already down to 95lbs now. You'll likely die.

I'm glad you're in therapy and talking about all this. Hopefully, you'll be able to figure out what all this body image and control stuff is about, and come up with a better way of dealing with it.

Until then, keep fighting those urges and stay with whatever program you and your therapist have to keep the weight on.

Always remember that every body is beautiful (no matter how much of a cliche that sounds like) . And if you think that you weigh too much then just remember that what most people think of you is a reflection of who you really are and im not talking about people who are also bulimic or anorexic. 95lbs. at age 18 is way to skinny and if you lost any more weight than that you'd look like a skeleton. Making your self puke and starving yourself is awful for your health and its sick that people do that to make themselves "beautiful". Just stay on track it no matter what.

I'm really bad at understanding this, but, why can't you just stop? You are too thin already! And at the end of the day it isn't what you think, it is what other people think when you are in a situation like yours.

ummmm you want to be 65 pounds!!your body itself with the bones and organs probly weigh at least that much and you really cant change the weight of those things. and if you weigh that little it will be harmful to your health because you need some body fat
