porn addiction... want to break from it!!

i would say im pretty much addicted to porn right now...
before i would watch it once a week or so but now i just get the urge everywhere i have the chance to watch it (via computer)
whenever im sitting on a computer just surfing around, and i find im alone at home, i just get extreme urges to look at porn
i really dont want this... this has been going for at least 3 years or so and i really want to break this addiction
i prayed to Lord just about every time i watched porn, and i committed myself not to watch it so many times, but there is no real progress....
please can someone help me with this?

Just don't watch, try to go one day with out it, then two, then three, etc, etc.

yes all those are good advices... but they aint easy
since it's summer i got nothing to do other than TV, read, and computer
and when those things get boring, i turn to porn for pasttime
it's not just easy as "find somthing to do"....

thats true. Call up sum of ur friends, go out 4 a bike ride just find sum way to refrain from watching porn

even though i am a girl my bf stuggled with porn addiction.
i think that you should go on a run and clear you're head think of other things. take a shower, or go ask some of youre friends to go out.
go do something take youre mind off of it.
my best idea since i helped get my bf away frm it.

I don't want to put a dampen on the thread but I have noticed that once you have gotten used to masturbating to porn then its hard to ejaculate without it. It takes longer.

If you are trying to break I would suggest putting a block on those sites and then just not going to them.

as people have said.....try not to watch it, but thishappened to me for about a year or so, you will grow up and wont need to watch it as much - i still watch it every so oftern, and i had the same problem, there rely is nothing wrong about it.

I went on here trying to find help o how to stop, but it WILL happen in you own time! :)

i dont think u should actually be using the word addict here. At some point all guyz want to do is see naked girls.

I dont know how they did it, but studies ow that less than 1% of the worlds population is addicted to porn. I can assure u that u are not part of this 1%.

Just gotto have other things in mind. and what notsure said. Have self discipline.

my advice is if you really want to stop then ocupy your self a diferent way i like porn myself and there is nothing wrong with it
