For a while no, every morning I go to blow my nose, and a large peice of cartilidge comes out, with a little blood. Now' I would have expected this when I was doing drugs, but I've been clean for a VERY long time now. Anyone have a clue what might be causing this?

well, it's very small, but hard, it doesn't look like mucus.
Blood isnt "comming out of my nose", it's just present.....

I doubt you're actually blowing out pieces of your nose, how could that be? It's on the other side of the nasal canals that blow the stuff out in the first place.

Maybe you have a sinus infection and the stuff is that extra thick mucus and blood you get when you've got a bad infection. Do you have a 'head cold'? A fever? Not feeling well?

In any event, blowing that much stuff out isn't typical, maybe you should see a doc.

Drugs show signs of having been ingested, however they usually don't effect you after a while, and especially in such a direct manner.

I don't do drugs anymore :). It was a happy place for me to escape to. A place I felt safe.
