Rose, because although Beasley is more explosive, Rose has a MUCH MUCH better basketball IQ and is more likely to succeed at a higher level [i.e. the NBA].

I agree with UN. Rose has much more potential to be a "big" player.

Derrick Rose has more potential to play with the more advanced players, like Kobe or Lebron. Beasley is good, but I have not yet to see him to be a better player than Rose.
