Armpits ( smell )

Well today at football camp one of the councslers and another dude were messing with JH so i go over and put him in a head lock so then...he gets a smell of my armpits and i put deoderant on and wash under there every day and even on WED like we were playin shirts VS skins ( i was skins ) and i lift up my armys to tip a pass and some kid yess someone got some serious BO so im like ok? so wat kan i do to help it not smell as bad and im 14 by the way 15 in november

Are you just getting a deodorant? Or are you using a deodorant+antiperspirant? That is what helped get rid if my smell, switching from a regular deodorant to a deodorant+antiperspirant.

Ya, I switched to that too whenever I start playing a sport that makes me sweat a lot. But ya other than that, just frequent showers.

Use more deoderant and anti-persperient. Put it on twice daily

i know how you feel i smell like a rats arse just wash your self twice a day and spray yourself like all the time and generly keep a high level of cleanlyness

Changing your diet can also help.

Fruits and juices = Good

Fatty meats and a few random things like asparagus = Bad

deodorants and antiperspirants don't completely make you not sweat and get b-o, it just reduces it. and yeah, just keep putting it on, or look at other kinds of deodorants.

noramlly u dont have to put on so much deodorant, just once or twice a day.

But especially after a vigorous sport like football, i dont think anyone will not smell after words. I used to use only deodorant, but when i joined football, i used the anti persperant ones and used it more than once.

and the anti persperant helps because its the bacteria on ur pits that feed off he sweat and release the odor. so less sweat weakr smell.

Just try and keep spraying deordrant and even farmacys sell special ones for that kind of thing
