I heard from friends that on the back of your penis (the side you can't see when you look down) your foreskin is connnected by like a piece of skin or something of the such (I know this is true) but they were saying that when you get older and are nearly an adult that this breaks off and your foreskin can move further down your penis!! Is this true or is it just make up

Well it's a tale of two halves.

half #1. It is true that you can pull your foreskin further back when you progress further thru puberty.

half #2. It is not true that that piece of skin breaks off. It is simply the rest of your foreskin losing its adherence to your shaft.

Actually there IS a part on the bottom that is attached to your foreskin as well as the shaft of your penis. It's called the frenulum; but even though this thing is attached it DOES NOT keep your foreskin from moving down, in fact it moves WITH the foreskin. That's why you don't really notice that it's there, and if your foreskin IS stuck, it's for some other reason than this (i.e. buildup of smegma or something). The frenulum also seems to be more sensitive to alot of guys (it contains more nerve endings than usual) so it can feel really good to stimulate this area of the penis during masturbation, sex, etc. But this extra sensitivity can mean that it will hurt pretty bad too if your foreskin is stuck.

^ exactly

The little piece of skin that is on the underside (not backside...underside) is called the frenulum. It moves with the foreskin, and also helps move the foreskin up and down.

This thing doesn't break on it's own or anything, so what you said won't happen. BUT, if you have very very rough sex/masturbation, it may break because of that. So you just have to watch yourself and not get carried away when you do things roughly.

But no it won't break off on it's own and your foreskin won't get messed up
