It is very difficult to stop masturbating, b/c it is a biological drive. Drives are very hard to stop (control, maybe), but not stop. It's like hunger or sweating, you cannot stop them either, and for the same reasons.

Everyone masturbates, even those who say they don't.

i accidentally deleted all of the porn off of my computer and after that i went without it for a month. so all you really have to do is cut off all links to porn if you really want to stop. i mostly stopped cuz i was too lazy to download porn back onto my computer lol :)
