scrotum wrinkles

Some people have wrinkly scrotums, and some just don't. Do the wrinkles have anything to do with your scrotum growing/ puberty overall?

it depends because it could be saggy and soft or hard and not saggy at all because it changes with temperature (everybody's does)

Typically, as you get older, your scrotum darkens, gets a little hairy, and wrinkles, it's part of puberty.

B/C the scrotum changes in response to the temperature, it will seem more wrinkly when it's colder out, and is drawn closer to the body.

It is more wrinkly when it is colder out side(IAMSAM said it for me)....

kind of wen its cold
