I'm thinking in the summer time, I seem to not eat more. I barely eat as much as I normally do in the school year. Normally I eat uh....I guess brunch because I usually wake up around 10 or later, then like 3 or 4 hours later eat a small lunch, then when I get home, I, for some reason, seem to not be hungry. Like 2 weeks ago, I pretty much ate cereal all week. I am losing weight though which in my opinion is a good thing. So my question is, do you think its unhealthy for me to not be eating as much?

Well you have to answer this question with a grain of salt.

Do you see yourself as overweight?

Are you Binge eating?

My guess is that its the summer time and usually your at school when you don't get to eat as much as you do when you are at home. You probably just have a really big appetite. You feel you always have to have something to eat whatever you do. I feel the same way too but make sure its something healthy and if it is going to be a bag of crisps or a bowl of ice cream that you limit your servings of it.

Well technically my bmi is still healthy but I guess I want to lose a few pounds :D

well i also feel the same way. in the mornig im not really hungry and it's the same throughout the whole day. and Fezzie is right about the whole thing.

Not technically, during the summer you feel hot right? Well that explains it, you see the more you eat the more heat you produce, mainly because you gain weight. Also you tend to do more in the summer so your body tries to presurve energy, thus saving the supplements which in turn slows down metabolism. Its simple human actions thats all, not binge eating.....When you binge eat you eat alot in a short amount of time, You'll be fine George.

I'm the same way. In summer I usually don't eat lunch unless my friends call me up and wanna go out, so I don't eat until dinner which is about 6 or 7. Some days I'll go without eating a full meal at all, It seems like an apple or something fills me up more.

But when schools in session, I'll eat breakfast (like a cereal bar), Lunch at school or go out, eat after school, have dinner and maybe still be hungry after that.
