i had a similar situation like you, but my penis had a lot of red spots and it hurt to even touch it for a week and i walk to walk really funny so that my pants wouldnt brush up against it. the redness and the pain went away after a week, so just wait until the pain goes down (obviously) and you feel ready to masturbate again.

Something like this happened to me when I'd jerk without lube. I guess it caused chaffing it was really painful and tender to touch. Solution: Use a bit of lube, I use baby oil it's cheap you don't need much to get it going, and it makes your junk smell good.
