My friend was really concerned and wanted me to ask because he wanted to know if something was wrong with him because he is 13 and his penis size is 2 and a half inches when erect and has no pubic hair no armpit hair his voice hasnt changed, he doesnt sound like a little kid though. He is normal height though. Also, this is for me, is it normal to rather be with friends and girls somethimes than with family, I mean sometimes I feel like I am using my mom to take me places and stuff like that and I just tell myself that its just puberty.

you're friend is perfectly fine, he's just a little late. As for you, yeah, that's perfectly normal. I think most people (including myself) are like that. And don't feel like you're using your mom. If she minded taking you places, she'd probably say something. Taking your kids places is just part of being a parent.

He's fine. He's only 13, he is not, I repeat NOT a late bloomer. 15+ is late. He'll get into puberty eventually.

Yes, it is completly normal to rather be around friends than family. It's just that "teen" phase.

People develop at different times. He's clearly a late bloomer, he'll catch up with everyone else soon enough, tell him he doesn't need to panic, everyone goes through puberty at some stage. :-)

Listen, "Late" is 20. If he's twenty and hasn't 'bloomed', there might be a problem. But puberty varies so widely, that unless he's really OLD, then he's not 'Late'. Tell him he's just 13, these things take time, and he's just being a little impatient.
With regards to your q, it's normal to want to spend more time with friends than family at this age. Your folks know this, it shouldnlt be a problem for them.
