her and i where just chilling and talking and then she tells me "you have a Bonner" but i really didnt that's how my penis is 24/7 and if she thinks that's a Bonner then how big does she think my penis is and i dont no what to tell her??

Well, I'll assume you were wearing your pants at the time, so she didnlt actually see your penis. I'll also assume you and she donlt have a whole lot experience with these things.

If I'm assuming correctly, then her comment reflected her own ignorance of things male, and she's just curious. There's nothing wrong with that, other than the awkwardness you felt hearing it, and of course your interpretation of what you thought it meant. But, what it sounds like to me is more her not really knowing about these things, NOT a comment about your penis size. Whatever feelings you have about that are yours, not hers, and you shouldn't confuse the 2. She's never seen your penis (and I suspect ANY penis), so she doesn''t know what's 'Small' or 'Big', nor does she know that guys are always erect when they're teenagers.

When she says this, you can 1) Ignore it, 2) Tell her you'd appreciate it if she didn;t say these things, or 3) laugh and change the subject. But. don't worry about what it might mean, it's just awkward.
