I'm not sure how I know all this, I guess I just pick it up thru life (living with doctors means I'm sorta surrounded by this), and I have a good memory, esp. since I find this stuff so interesting!

Mainly your testicles (balls) become slightly darker but yes I have heard of peoples penises getting darker.
