Okay so I am uncircumcised and when ever I'm hard or even soft my foreskin just to me now seems to short and was wondering is there a way (stretching it?) to make it a little longer?

what do you mean by short? Is it too tight? Or does it not cover the head all the way??

If it's too tight, there are ways to loosen it up. But if it doesn't cover the head all the way, that's normal...some people's foreskins are smaller than others and sometimes it doesn't cover the head all the way even if you're uncircumcised! Everyone's dick is so different, you'd be amazed at how penises can be like fingerprints.

try pulling it back as far as you can just before it hurts for five minutes everyday, then jack off. do this for a month and the forskin will loosen up and you can stretch i farther up or down. hope this helps. worked for me.

I sometimes wish mine were a little longer too. It's no big deal, though. You could in theory do partial foreskin restoration to make it longer, but it doesn't seem worth the effort to me.

you can get surgery done but its really not worth it since it can look weird.

What I would do is make sure its not rolled back at all and leave it that way and it might naturally get bigger. Apart from that theres not much you can do I'm afraid.

mine is always like that wen it is hard coz ur cock is gettin bigger but ur skin isnt( i think??) and sumtimes wen it is soft after j/o but that is back 2 normal after a while
