so ive been with this girl for one year and we have been having problems well its my actions but its from my bipolar and depression and were on a break an im confused and i love her so much

Are you taking meds for bipolar and depression? It helps so much if you take them regularly, because they are made to help.

Talk to your doctor about it.

As for your girlfriend, she most likely understands what your going through if you've been together for a year. If she doesn't know in full, i would recommend talking to her about it so then shes not suddenly surprised or suddenly freaked out that your bipolar.

She obviously loves you if shes stayed with you, so im sure she will understand.
