really weird and uncomfortable

okay, so these as been going on for as long as i can remember. i believe its my "outer lips" in my vagina, well they are like 1 or 2 inches long. is that normal? i dont masturbate and it just seems super strange.

You're perfectly normal. The lips (both outer and inner) can come in a variety of different shapes and sizes. So no worries. :)
