whatz up guys. so i have a quick question. on my penis, i have like little white bumps on the head of the penis. i want to know if thats normal or not?

If so, these are probably pearly penile papules (PPP). PPP are small, raised, white dots that are around the penis head. They haven't found out the cause for these, but they're not dangerous, they don't do anything, and they won't hurt you. They're fine.

They may look a little weird. There is away to get rid of these, although it's an expensive surgery thing. I suggest waiting until your older if you really want to get rid of them. But they can't hurt you or anything so you're fine.

Also, this isn't a rare thing. Though uncommon, they occur in a significant percentage of men (one place says 10-30%), and you can tell that some guys in porn even have them. So yeah, you're ok


although, I can't diagnose you, since this is the internet and this site is purely for education, not medical advice/diagnosis. What you have may not be PPP. But here's an idea of what I think it might be.

Anyways, it depends on what the white bumps are like. They can be PPPs like Zach said or they can be something different. If you are up for it maybe you should see a doctor.

It could be pimples. If you have hads sex recently you may want to get them checked.. It could also be an STD.

Well sex is the way you reproduce

Reproduction is pretty much the goal of living beings

(That doesn't mean go have sex when your 13 ;))

Anyway, the only way you can get STDs is from sexual intercourse, thus them being called Sexually Transmitted Diseases. Although you CAN be born with them, a doctor would have noticed by now.

umm theyre on the underside of my shaft towards the right side and towords the head.
but theyrs more near the base, and those are all over the bottom of my shaft.

im pretty sure theyr not a problem though, because i heard that most penises have bumps on themm.

well mine are like in one line and close to each other. they are like about in the middle, between the head and the base. i dont have a million of them, there are just a few of them

if they're not on your penis head, and instead on the shaft/base of shaft/scrotum, this might answer your question:

Nope. The ones on your scrotum (ball sac) are probably hair follicles, and hair will probably grow out of them in a few months/years. The ones on your penis could also be hair follicles, but some could be Fordyce's spots. Fordyce's spots are basically little patches of fat in the skin. They're completely normal and almost every guy has them. Don't pop them - just let them be. If you really want to get rid of them, there's an expensive laser treatment you could do, but doctors advise against any treatment.

There's also a possibility you could have a pimple down there if it becomes inflamed. Just pop it, clean it off and go about your day.
If you have warts down there, you probably need to go see a doc as you could have an STI/STD.
