Trimming Pubic Hair

What is the best way to trim pubic hair without making it extremely itchy and painful? Last time I tried I trimmed the hair so short that it was painful whenever I moved. Thanks.

I've never trimmed pubic hair before but i heard that you should trim in the direction of the hair and use lots of shaving cream, also put VK jelly (or w/e the name is) afterward... hope i helped and i hope i'm accurate :)

He's asking about trimming not shaving. To trim there really isnt any worries about being itchy its when you shave them trim them as short as you want.

Well just make sure that it is 1 inch long at least or it will itch

it may itch no matter what you do because the hairs are uneven/choppy and your body isn't used to it. But anyway try scissors for trimming. I wouldn't suggest shaving through, that would itch

My dad bought me an electric razor for "trimming" as he put it even though I already have one for my face. I'm a pretty hairy guy so it comes in handy because not too many girls want a bush, and since I do a lot of running it cuts back on sweat. It had an extension on it like one you'd use if you were going to cut the hair on your head. I used that and didn't have any problems, itching at all. I've used scissors too and didn't have any issues. It's all about how sensitive your skin is, I think your gonna have to try out a few techniques before you finally find something that works for you bud.

yea u can use scissors or some electric razors have like barriers to go against your skin but cut it all even at one point, i uuse scissors and whoever said ky jelly isnt that for lubrication<sex,masturbation>^^haha j/m

It's going to itch. Sorry to break that to you. So there really is no DEFINITE way to trim or shave the pubic hair without some type of itching.

Make sure it is 1-1.5inches. And it may itch anyways.
