your penis head can change colors (lol, yeah, the first thing I thought was chameleon penis too :P)

But I mean, it depends on the blood flow. Sometimes it can be pale pink in an un-aroused state, purple in an aroused state, and reddis- pink after orgasm etc, and even vary in those states. It's very normal

No, that has to do with the outside skin, like on the shaft/scrotum, not the glans.

Ya you're normal. I know for a fact that my friend has a dark penis head while his brother has a light one. No I did not see it, my friend pretty much asked me the same question.
