Little muscle spasms?

Today, my left shoulder muscle has started to spasm a little on and off. Like it'll shake a bit and I can visibly see it shaking and then it'll stop and then start a little bit again.

No other muscle is shaking and my shoulder isn't shaking so violent that it's stopping me from doing anything, and it doesn't seem to be like spreading at all (at least not yet). It's just... weird.

Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen to them? I asked my dad and he just said I probably slept on it wrong.

That happens to my feet and I still don't know what it is.

I get it in my leg a lot and so does my friend amy. I don't think its anything to worry about, just one of the weird and wonderful things about the human body!

I doubt there is much to really worry about unless it gets worse or spreads, which it isn't doing.
