Though, contrary to what some people have said earlier, many body parts are strictly proportional to one an other, the penis is not one of them. There are a couple of vague statistic correlations, but something like 40% of the population can be a counterexample.

the size of body parts can be used to determine the proportion of other aspects of someone's size. example like the arm span is roughly the same length as the height
there are others, too, but i forget them. and they mostly apply to adults. our bodies arent done growing yet, so you have tons of guys with disproportionate body sizes (big hands, legs too long, arms, feet, torso, but not all at once, so it looks weird)

anyway there wasnt a reliable "trick" to find out penis sizes looking at hands or feet since they were all estimates, and we all know what happens when you add just an inch or two to a penis size lol

Feet size and penis size have shown a positive correlation in several studies, but I really do think they are independent of each other. There's likely to be a variable in-between that can better explain any correlation.
