No, men can get orgasms to. It's fine to take longer to reach orgasm.

Umm no everyone gets an orgasm. In fact girls don't orgasm as freqently as guys. Some girls fake their orgasms just because the man or...whoever is not pleasuring them to the point of orgasm. However I will say that a girl does not need to orgasm to get pregnant. And to the OP if you have been using a visual aid lately that may come into effect. Anyways you are normal because your body may be building that tolerance to stimulation to the penis. Eitherway you are normal :D

The orgasm is the best part. Ejaculation just adds a little spice to it.
When I first started masturbating I got orgasms but no ejaculation

Perhaps the guy in that snappy cannot have an orgasm, but everyone else on the planet can (male or female). For guys, i'ts more automatic, immediate, and driven. Girls need other things, but that a subject for another time.
There are a lot of reasons why there could be a delay to orgasm, the 2 most common being frequency (the more you do it, the longer you need), and general health issues (like tiredness and stress and fevers, etc.).
If it's something recent, you might try leaving it alone for a while and see what happens later on. Like all needs, sex is pretty consistent, unless there's other stuff going on.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Men normally get a orgasm before a woman. A woman needs more time to get the pleasure and they normally fake it.
To the OP:
You will/are fine.
