is the amount of sperm that a boy produce during ejaculation proportional to the size of the penis?

I dont think it does, a boy could have a small penis and ejaculate a very high amount of sperm.

It has more to do with the testicles than the penis.

And it has nothing to do with the penis.

there is no connection with penis size and the amount you ejaculate. in fact, if you were to think logically about it, if size was comparable to the amount you ejaculated, it would be the size of the testicles rather the penis that would matter. but still, i don't think size is an issue regardless.

No, the amount of ejaculation has nothing to do with the size of anything. When you're an adult, it's about a teaspoon or so, anything less now during adolescence is the result of all those parts not being fully matured, so they're not at maximium production.

this has npothing to do with it its just how far along u r in puberty and how far youve come yet. it has nothing to do with penis size at all...

Semen is produced by your prostate gland, not by the penis or testicles. The sperm that's in it is microscopic so you wouldn't see it anyway. I don't know if the size of your prostate makes a difference.
