Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but forever I've had tunnel vision. I cannot sit comfortably if something is out of place in a room or if a cushion is overlapping another cushion. It's getting very annoying. This has recently been bought into the classroom too. Seeing a ruler overlapping a piece of paper makes me feel uneasy and makes me want to put it in a place where nothing else is which makes me lose focus on my work..

It's really annoying. Anyone got any tips on how to overcome this.. They will be appreciated.

I think your talking about OCD. And because I don't have OCD or know much about it, I will let someone else help you out with that :)

How long has this been going on? If it has been going on for a long time, than you should see someone.

Yeah tunnel vision is the way you act, In tunnel vision once you do something your mind set on it and you totally ignore the outside world. Its not really a mental allment.

Tunnel vision? Isn't that the inability to see or understand things from another perspective?

I'm not sure what to call your stuff here, it sounds like it's more intolerance for things not being the way you think they should be. Maybe you can remind yourself that you cannot always have things your way, that there's a randomness to nature, and that it really OK, it doesn't threaten you in any way.

If that doesn't work, i like the idea of you getting it checked out by a doc.
