Hey.

on my penis, when i pull back the foreskin, there is a weird lump.
Its been there for a bout a year, ive never thought anything of it untill now. well it doesn't hurt, it hasn't got bigger (its about the site of a small spot). I'm hoping its nothing to worry about.

Its next to the large vain, but not on it. It has a small vain leading into it, which makes could be a blood clot, if it is, at least it isnt on a majour vain.

Please reply!

First off you shouldnt have it i think that you should go to the doctor and have it looked at. I know that it might be wierd to tell your parents but if its a blood clot you could be in trouble later in life... its up to you

Oh internet diagnosis, still my least favorite thing. Especially with misspellings and other innaccuracies. Oh My!

Listen, a blood clot is NOT visible, which is what makes them so dangerous. They're blockages in the veins themselves.

Bumps? There are little thingies on the penis and scrotum, but they're pretty normal. Those 2 veins you're referring to? is it on the underside, could you be looking at the frenulum (the peice of skin there that attaches the foreskin to the penis)? Otherwise, it could be just one of those penis thingies you're noticing, as long as you're not sexually active (so it's not from an STD), my bet would be it's nothing, you're noticing one of those penis thingies.

well its got 2 vains, 1 going in, and one coming out, so im wondering if it could be an artery.

the actual lump is located: when you pull the foreskin back, there is that skin on that actual shal, but under the foreskin. (does that make sence?)

it looks like a lump, but when i sorta stech it slightly to get a clearer look, it looks like the same colour as the vains, so im wondering if it is just an arter.

please reply

Yes, there are 2 veins there, that's OK. They can be a bluish color from the blood in them, that's OK too. And they branch out.

On the underside (which is where we are), under the foreskin, at the top, near the glans (head), is a strip of skin called the frenulum, which connects the foreskin to the underside of the penis. With me here? If you pull the foreskin all the way back, it sorta disappears as it strecthes back. If you pull your foreskin forward a bit, it will bunch up a bit, there might seem like a bupm there, as the skin of the frenulum bunches up. Are you talking about that, is that what you're seeing?

Skin anywhere on your body can have bumps and stuff, your penis isn't any different. As long as you're not sexually active, the only thing a new bump can be really is a little pimple or something along those lines. If you've had sex (oral, vaginal, or anal), then a bump should be looked into ASAP as it could be a sexually transmitted disease, which requires treatment.

its not on the under side. its on the top side, not actually at the top near the bell end. the side you see when you look directly down. hehe (i didnt know how else to explain)

Looking more closely at it, it is where to veins meet, so im thinking its noting bad, and its just, where they meet.

It may just be the skin connecting the skin to the penis
