i dont think so, i would say if you were fatter, you may have a slightly bigger penis, as there may be a layer of fat on the penis

I don't think it does, you might progress slower? But i don't think it actually effects it. I belive it just makes it look smaller, but i'm not an expert in that field!

No, it does not affect the growth of you penis. But being fat can make your penis look smaller. Being fat does affect the production of sperm though. When I sau I should say obese, not just a little over weight. If you want your penis to look bigger trim and shave around the base of your penis.

I don't think that there is any correlation between body fat and penis size. However, after a quick google, I found this website;

http://www.dearcupid.org/question/does-body-fat-effect-penis-size.html

in which a man says;

Sadly enough, it does effect size. For every 50lbs you lose you gain 1". But remember, penis size isn't everything. Most women prefer 5-7". Look it up xD.

and another says;

It is said if a man would loose 30 lbs he would gain 1 inch in penis length.

So according to these people the fatter you are the smaller your penis is.

Hope that helped.
