Yes, it's normal, and there's no need to do it again immediately anyways. Most people feel tired after an orgasm, don't feel horny anymore, they're too sensitive "down there" to do it again (due to the blood that collects there during arousal and orgasm), or some combination of the three. Some people can be ready to go again pretty much immediately, or after a few minutes, but a lot of people don't bother.
