Firstly one of my testicles is like flatish and really small. Will this affect me being able to ejaculate? (coz i haven't been able to yet). Im thinking about going to the doctor about it but that would mean i would have to talk to my mum or dad about it and i don't really wanna do that. Can any of you guys help?
Thanks.
Im 14, 15 in August if it helps.

Out of curiosity first, is it your left testicle? Often during puberty one of your testicles can be a much different shape to the other, often smaller and, as you mentioned, flatter. It is USUALLY the left, but can also be the right.
And I understand 100% what you mean about not wanting to consult your parents about it. I would certainly not worry about it, at least for a few more years, and if the problem is constant then, you can always take yourself to the doctor.
Also, have you ever copped any strong blows to that region?
My instinct here is telling me that (1) You haven't been able to ejaculate yet because you are a bit of a late bloomer, which is fine (like myself - I couldn't ejaculate til I was like 15 and a half) and (2) Your abnormally shaped testicle will grow during puberty, and should even out.
It would be interesting to know how far along that long, windy road of puberty you are too, but only if you feel comfortable.
I wouldn't worry at this stage, this happens rather commonly around your age, and the best thing you could have done is tell us =]
If in a few years time nothing has changed, perhaps seek medical advice then, but wait til puberty is over I'd say.

One testicle is usually a bit larger than the other, and one usually hangs a bit lower, but generally, they're pretty similiar. If there's a significant difference in size, you might want to ask the doc next time you see him.
Most vital organs come in pairs so you always have a spare, so regardless of what's going on with that testicle, if the other one is OK, you'll be OK and you will not notice any difference in the way things work, or what they do/produce.
