A search on Google comes up with nothing that matches "foreskin barrier".

However, articles do suggest that the inner foreskin can act like a barrier, trapping viruses like HIV during sex. This is an argument used by people who support circumcision and some studies that say that circumcision can increase the risk of HIV

but this isn't what you're talking about. You're talking about phimosis. Although someone could relate having a tight forekskin to having a "foreskin barrier", it is NOT called a foreskin barrier.

You just had a tight foreskin and have loosened it by tugging on it. This is a very common problem and can be easily corrected though a handful of ways.

what ways can this be corrected?

-circumcision
-gently edging back or tugging the foreskin backwards in the shower
-steriod creams
-forcing the foreskin back (Do NOT do this, even if a doctor tells you to, you WILL regret it, because it hurts worse than jesus on the cross :P)

the condition of having a foreskin that you are unable to retract is called phimosis. This is a common problem. The easiest way to correct phimosis is number 2, by gently edging back or tugging the foreskin backwards in the shower.

For more information, read through the posts in this thread, since this question has been asked and answered many times there: http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=15312

Just as an FYI, 50% of all 15 y/o cannot retract, so this is fairly common.

Gentle stretching in the shower over time will usually loosen things up. Key words: Gently and over time.

Steroidal creams will reduce swelling, which will ease foreskin retraction.

Circumcision is usually the treatment of last resort.
