I wouldn't consider a girl shallow if she told me she was bothered by it, some girls don't like that, and I don't understand how anyone could consider a girl shallow if she doesn't like the fact that the guy got hard while they were dancing, I know several VERY nice girls who would flip out if that happened... Its more the other way around, if a girl dances with you and you get a boner and she starts to pay special attention to it and claims to like it, she's probably shallow in that she only likes you for that... But that may not always be the case.
