I was like ... probably 16 and a half before my armpit hairs fully developed (I was a bit of a late bloomer, but still...)

Give it time mate, you're on par; also, your hairs will grow at different rates, and you may notice a difference in the pattern of hairs from both of your armpits (i.e. one may be more spread out, and the other armpit may be more closely bunched, and denser).

Its all a waiting act, part of growing up!

That's not true. Deodorant helps reduce the smell of body odor. It doesn't help grow hair where you put it :|

I remember when I first wanted armpit hair, now I have so much of it I wish i didn't have any. It feels weird plus it always sticks out when you wear a sleeveless shirt and girls do not dig it I guess it's being Italian...
