Girls! I need help!Breast Exam!

ahhh! I seriously need help! I'm having a breast exam soon and the problem is that I have a guy doctor!:whoops::confused::whoops: I'm afraid it will be really awquard having him touch my boobs. I don'twant to seem impish to it but I'm really embarassed! I need help, any tips? Pweeeeeeeeese?

Try asking your parents if you can have a girl doctor instead for this.
Tell them you feel awkward having a guy touch your breasts and you would really like a female that can understand you and your breasts. Parents usually want their children to feel safe, especially when it's their daughter and a man she doesn't want touching her breasts.

Good Luck, but if you can't get another doctor, then relax, most cases doctors aren't sicko perverts, and he probably does like 20 breast examinations a week. He won't be all awkward if he's professional

Well that might not be possible to get another doctor right away.... but dont feel imbarressed he see's the same thing everytime he does it and plus he will show u most likley how to examine them for urself

But if you are uncomfortable, you can keep trying to get a female doctor.
There is nothing to be worried about. The doctor does it many times and it is very important you get an exam. Every female has to go through this atleast once in their life.. or atleast should.
He probably has seen hundreds of breasts by now :P.
It will be awkward, but its only a few minutes of your life :)

i'm a guy, so i can't speak for breasts, but i have had a female doctor do examinations on me, so i understand what you mean. but the main thing you should remember is that the doctor is a professional, and what he will be doing is like routine for him and is not for his enjoyment.

Yh i agree with every1 else but if you cant get a female doctor jus remeber that he has done it loads of times before and that its jus normal to him. Anyway it will be over before u reliase it.

i agree with Alicia ( though i have not had one ) i wouldn't worry because the man has probably seen many breasts and is used to it . if you are uncomfortable ask for a female

oh guh, i had a hernia exam with a female doctor, awwwwwwkwwwaarrrrrrd, but i got over it, it may FEEL awkward, but i wouldnt worry too much about it, its normal to be nervous about this, so try asking for a female doctor.

I actually kind of like having a male doctor because usually he is young and handsome and the female doctor can be some 50year old who is mean.

Well, I'm a girl and I have a guy doctor. I've had breast exams many times now. It's always okay, but sometimes it gets a bit uncomfortable.
