Ambien and Ativan

I have 10 mg tablets of ambien and ativan for anxiety.

My question is: should I be worried about taking them on the same day?

I took 0.5 mg of ativan at like 4 or 5 PM and I am worried about taking my ambien now (it's half past midnight). I'm worried there might be some weird reaction.

Does anyone know if there would be, or is this really a question for my psychopharm?

Why are you taking ambien and ativan? Better take only one of them
