Nothing is wrong you just haven't reached the stage where you produce cum yet
How old are you?
That will help answer the question to see if your on track or a late bloomer

Well there are a few possibilities as to why. First, we would be able to answer your questions better if we knew how old you were, so how old are you.
Also, here are some posibilities:
1. You probably are not mature enough yet. Puberty is a slow process and it varies from person to person. You have probably not matured enough to the point where you can ejaculate. Although, you may be able to have a dry orgasm you probably can not be able to ejaculate. In that case you just need to wait. It will happen sooner or later. It takes a lot of time for your body to undergo all of these changes. So just give it time and if this is the reason then then jsut wait.
2. You are not masturbating far enough. Some people have to masturbate longer in order to orgasm. If you are not masturbating long enough or the sensitivity is not right for you then this is probably why you are not orgasming which in turn makes you ejaculate. So to make sure that it is not this I suggest you find a lubricant, masturbate for a long time, and find some type of visual stimulant to try to make you more horny and in turn making you orgasm.
Good luck!

You can't "j/o" without producing cum... Thus what you're obviously doing is not "j/oing" aka jacking off. Unless you tell us what you mean by "j/o" I'm not sure we can help you. Other than that, what John said is most likely correct. You are either not mature enough yet, or you're either no masturbating long enough or just not doing something right.

J/o means Jacking Off, and of course it is possible to jack off and not ejaculate.
If you are young, prepubescent, or even in the early stages of puberty, you won't produce semen or "cum" when masturbating, and you will have what is known as a "dry orgasm."

it has all been said, you arent j/o if you doint cum, but even if you dont produce cum, there is nothing to be worried about, it will happen as you develop more

I've always thought of jack off to refer to masturbation until ejaculation. And if you're not producing semen [cum], then you're not ejaculating, thus you're not jacking off, you're simply "masturbating". But yeah, I guess different people have different interpretations of the expression "jacking off", which if interpreted realistically probably has something to do with stealing an off switch...
