Well it depends on what you mean by "multiple ejaculations"

If you mean that you have many spurts of cum during one orgasm, that's usually how it happens in full-grown men and developed teens.

If you mean that you will have many ejaculations without orgasm, then no, I haven't heard of it

If you mean multiple orgasms, then yes, it is possible, but also very difficult to do.

I suppose anything is possible, but typically it's one ejaculation/orgasm per erection. Then, there's the refractory period ('Down time'). Also, although you might spit/ooze a bit before ejaculation, orgasm and ejaculation occur at the same time, so you get one of each as they happen simultaneously.
